How many units does my block need to have for Valor Properties to manage it?

We will manage a minimum of 3 units.

What kind of properties do you manage?

Valor Properties manages residential and commercial blocks in Leeds and across West Yorkshire. This includes apartment blocks, residential developments, and office blocks.

What information do Valor Properties need to be my Block Management company?

All we need is the address of your block property. We will meet you on site or visit site to meet an owner on your behalf and provide a free survey and assessment. We will then submit a free service charge budget.

How much notice do you need to take over Block Management of my properties?

We usually need around 3 months notice, however you may need to check with your current provider and confirm if this is any different in your current contract.

Can we use our existing contractors?

Yes of course, so long as they have the correct insurance and pass our quality control checks.
