Bethany Nicol

As the Office Coordinator and Property Investment Manager, Bethany oversees communications, supports operations, and sources real estate investment opportunities. She manages emails, phone calls, mail, and meeting coordination to enable efficient workflows and effective communication. Bethany also provides individualised support throughout the acquisition process. Her expertise allows her to work closely with clients to develop customised investment strategies aligned with their objectives and financial goals.

I used to run my own business doing weddings and funerals with horse-drawn carriages. It was a lot of hard work but I liked being the boss. In my free time I like working on my own rental properties and writing blog posts about real estate. You can check them out here. I also really enjoy whiskey, maybe a little too much! Overall I’m proud of my past accomplishments and love staying busy with my own projects.
