James Priestley is our Director of Valor Properties currently working out of our West Yorkshire branches. James is responsible for all of our property portfolio as well as operations and staff across the company. James is also a law graduate obtaining his degree in Leeds. This, together with his property management experience is invaluable to the company.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE – 11 – A-B
  • National Diploma in Sport
  • BA Degree in Criminal Justice and Law
  • National Award in Business management level 3

Past Experience & Achievements:

  • 11 years in residential and commercial property management
  • 9 years in residential and commercial valuations
  • 9 years in residential and commercial new build management
  • Hottest male in year 11 school
  • SAS Who Dares Wins Series 5 Winner
  • I can ride an electric scooter in the rain holding an umbrella

My life mainly consists of running Valor Properties, which I love doing. If I am not getting bullied by staff, I make sure the cushions on the sofa are working.

In my free time, I like to Youtube people falling on ice.
