IMPORTANT changes happening next week.

As restrictions loosen in the UK, normality is returning to the property industry.

In particular, changes to tenancy notice periods come into effect on Tuesday 1st June 2021. This means that the ban on most bailiff-enforced evictions in England will come to an end, and the notice period landlords need to give their tenants will be reduced from six to four months.
