Why should I refurbish my property?

Use ‘mermaid boards’, these are plastic ‘marble effect’ boards that install really easy. They are also waterproof and therefore easy to clean. The bathroom will be like new for years.

Lastly, a lick of paint goes a long way, in more ways than one. If you paint one room at a time, whether a tenant is in or not, you will transform the brightness of a room which motivates tenants to apply and pay that little bit extra. Paint and paint brushes will not cost you more than £100. A full day each weekend per room will have your property transformed within a month.
