Have you ever wondered what the oldest building is in Leeds?
Lambert’s Yard is one of the oldest buildings in Leeds which is still standing. It was built in the 1600’s and is located in Lower Briggate. It is now tenantless and has lots of maintenance issues ranging from broken windows, plaster falling from the exterior walls. It has had many owners over the 100s of years and is now occupied by a company who opened the doors once again in 2013. The derelict building was built when Leeds was still a small village, before the city turned into the large, well-known city that it is today. Why not visit and take in the historical building along with all of it’s memories?
