Valor Properties Introduce Referral Schemes

At Valor Properties, we are excited to announce the introduction of referral schemes across our three businesses; Valor Properties, Valor Property Maintenance, and Valor Block Management. 

We value our loyal clients, so decided to introduce these schemes as a way to say thank you to those that recommend us. Word of mouth is still one of the best ways to gain new business, and we can’t thank our existing clients enough for what they’ve already done for us. 

The scheme begins on the 8th October 2021 and will run indefinitely. There is no limit on the scheme, and you are welcome to apply for referral fees on each successful referral. 

See below for an overview of each referral scheme.

Valor Properties Referral Scheme

Valor Properties are offering £500 when you refer a landlord to rent their property through us. 

If you’re happy with the landlord lettings service we provide, please refer us to your landlord friends. To say thank you, you’ll receive £500 when they sign up to rent their property with us. 

The referral fee will be paid once the first month of rent on the referred property has been paid. 

Valor Property Maintenance Referral Scheme

Refer an estate agent to us for maintenance services and you can receive £500 when they sign up to Valor Property Maintenance.

If you’re a current Valor Property Maintenance client and you’re happy with the service we provide, please consider referring us to your estate agent. To say thank you, you’ll receive £500. 

The referral fee will be paid once the contract has been signed by the referred agency.

Valor Block Management Referral Scheme

Refer Valor Block Management to landlords or property owners, and receive 5% of the total annual fee upon successful sign up.

We value our current Valor Block Management clients immensely, so that’s why we’re offering 5% of the total annual fee of block property management when you refer us to landlords, private owners, and developers. 

The referral fee will be paid once the first quarterly fee for Block Management services has been paid. 

How to Claim

When referring a property, landlord, or business to Valor Properties, please get in touch with all of the relevant contact information for the individual or business that you referred to us. It’s probably also a good idea to get the individual or business to refer you and the referral scheme when they reach out to us. 

After that, we’ll handle the rest of the process, ensuring that you are suitably rewarded upon successful completion of the requirements of each scheme.
