Valor welcomes Kiera Butler as our new property manager in our Leeds office

Following continued demand growth for our services across Yorkshire, Valor Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Kiera Butler as Property Maintenance Manager in our Leeds office.

In this role, Kiera will initially manage properties in key Leeds markets including the city centre and surrounding areas. Her hire became necessary due to our Yorkshire team recently securing management contracts for several new apartment complexes in Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester and Harrogate over the past several months.

With a passion for interior design and project oversight, Kiera understands how to optimise living spaces. Having successfully renovated her own home and two others, she has gained expertise in designing and overseeing renovation projects.

The appointment of Kiera comes after the recent promotion of Harry Wager to Property Maintenance Director, a result of his proactive career development and outstanding performance.

James Priestley, Valor’s Director, said: “Kiera has experience managing various property refurbishments for both residential and commercial spaces, making her a tremendous addition to our excellent team. She is a complete professional known for building strong client relationships with a positive attitude.”

“Her expertise and strengths ensure she is well-equipped to meet the needs of managed developments and communities. We are thrilled to welcome Kiera to Valor and view her hiring as another milestone in our ongoing regional expansion. We aim to continue growing throughout this year and beyond through new exciting initiatives.”

Kiera said: “Valor has an excellent reputation for high-quality properties and a constructive approach to client service. I am pleased to join such a dedicated team of professionals in this varied role.”
