Branch Manager
Rachel serves as the Branch Manager for our Leeds office. In this role, she is responsible for managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising daily branch operations, and ensuring efficient workflow. Rachel works to improve productivity and streamline activities across the branch. Her goal is to maximise results and help the team achieve optimal performance levels on an ongoing basis. Under her leadership, the Leeds branch consistently delivers strong results.
For over 20 years, I managed the Sales Administration team at Passmores. I oversaw day-to-day operations and helped support the sales staff. My strong organisational skills and attention to detail helped keep projects on track and meet deadlines. I have an eye for design, especially for kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. I developed this through hands-on experience as well as training with CAD design software. I enjoyed coming up with innovative layouts and customised solutions for clients. When not working, I love hiking with my dogs in the English Lakes District. Nothing beats the scenic views! I also really enjoy international travel. I’ve visited many different places around the world to experience diverse cultures. To relax, I like sipping a gin and tonic on weekends.
