As a buyer

Our website and ‘For Sale’ boards will match buyers to properties. Viewings can be scheduled by contacting a branch. Buyers may make offers after viewings.

Meet with an in-house mortgage broker to determine financing. With financing arranged, deliver documents to recommended solicitors.

Due diligence completes the process, allowing buyers to enjoy their new property. Furniture Packs can also be arranged through Valor Properties.

As a seller

The first step is to take advantage of our RICS valuation service with a branch manager, who will advise on attracting potential purchasers. If the valuation meets expectations, then the property can be authorised for marketing.

Professional photos will be captured to effectively promote the home online via over 100 portals and offline through signage and displays.

The entire sales process will be efficiently handled, including viewings, negotiations, and recommending a solicitor, requiring no effort from the owner.

 

Sales process FAQs

How often, on average, does it take to sell a home with Valor Properties?

We aim to sell your property within three months, but we often complete the sales process within 28 days.

What services are included in your sales process?

A professional photographer will visit to take high-quality pictures of your property, and it will be advertised within 24 hours. Viewings will be arranged swiftly after any enquiries, and you’ll receive regular updates once an offer is accepted. You will have access to our associate solicitor, and there are also other specific services offered, depending on the package you opt for.

I’m already with an estate agent, how easy is it to switch to Valor Properties?

If you have signed a ‘sole agency’ agreement then you may need to give up to 30 days’ notice before switching to us. A ‘dual agency’ agreement, on the other hand, means you’ll be able to use Valor Properties immediately. If you are unsure, we can help you interpret your current contract.

Which time of year is the best to sell my property?

Statistically speaking, June, July and August have been proven to have the highest rate of agreed sales.

When will I be able to contact you?

You can communicate with the office during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, and Saturday 10am-1pm. If you select our Diamond package, your allocated personal branch manager will be reachable 24/7.
