Valor Properties Welcomes New Property Maintenance Manager to Leeds Office

Valor Property Management is pleased to announce the addition of Harry Wager as Property Maintenance Manager in our Leeds branch. With continued demand for property refurbishment across Yorkshire, Harry will lead the maintenance team in this region.
As Property Maintenance Manager, Harry will initially manage sites in key locations including Leeds City Centre and Yorkshire. In this role, he will be responsible for a diverse portfolio exceeding 1,000 units including residential buildings, new developments, and commercial properties.
Recently, our Yorkshire team secured block management contracts for several new apartment blocks in Leeds, Sheffield, Rotherham, Selby, and Harrogate. These additions have further strengthened our presence in the local market.
